Our clients were torn between remodeling their existing home and buying a new home in anticipation of a retirement filled with entertaining and spending more time in their home. New homes had great amenities, but their existing home had many memories attached to it, not to mention a beautifully landscaped yard with mature trees and plantings.

When these folks approached us, they had a very specific set of ideas about what they wanted. Many of these ideas were taken from touring high end new homes. We were able to help them incorporate the up to date amenities they were looking for into a remodel of the first floor of their beloved home.

The final result is a house rich with the memories and pride of ownership  the clients loved about their existing home while full of the beauty and function that is offered with today’s design ideas and products.  The homeowner is thrilled with the enhanced function and is still often surprised and delighted with the beauty of their new/old home.
